About the Role

We are looking for an Internal HR Manager to support IDWise’s growth by managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, internal marketing, and HR operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to ensure a seamless employee experience, implement effective HR strategies, and drive initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and thrives in a high-energy environment.

As an HR Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the recruitment process and share CVs with hiring managers in a structured manner.

  • Support in onboarding, offboarding and accurate maintain employee records

  • Act as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace best practices.

  • Plan and execute internal team events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

  • Develop internal marketing materials, including newsletters and company announcements, to enhance communication and engagement.

  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to evaluate satisfaction and areas for improvement.

  • Plan and book travel for IDWise team for attending conferences and customer events

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in HR management, recruitment, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

  • Experience in internal marketing, event planning, and employee engagement is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • High level of confidentiality, ethical judgment, and professionalism.

  • Familiarity with HR software and automation tools.
